Top Tips For Parents
1) Positive Reinforcement - always say ‘Well done!’ for good
attempts at activities and for good behaviour.
2) Modelling - listen to your child’s speech, acknowledge what
they have said, then repeat it with any errors removed.
3) Share a book or sing a song together every day.
4) Have fun playing face to face with your child for 5 minutes
or more each day!
5) Ask your child about the world around them - talk to them.
