Attendance

Dear Parents and Carers, 


We are delighted to welcome Mrs Lane to our amazing office team. Mrs Lane has accepted and started the role of Attendance Officer from immediate effect. You may have seen her meeting and greeting you at the school gate and supporting your children with coming into school.


New absence reporting procedures - If you wish to report your child's absence from school, please contact Mrs Lane on (01227) 819683, if she does not answer she is unavailable, please leave a message or email her at klane@wincheap.kent.sch.uk (Please do not telephone the school office).


Mrs Lane will also be pleased to support families with any attendance concerns working alongside Mrs Cole, Pastoral Manager.
